Flamengo makes offer for CSKA’s Vagner Love

The president of Flamengo Patricia Amorim announced that the Brazilian club have made an offer to sign CSKA Moscow striker Vagner Love. According to her, the player himself wants to return to the Brazilian club.

«We know it will be difficult, but that is the player’s desire. Now it depends on CSKA’s decision, and we’ll see if we can bring Vagner Love here. It was dependent on it,» said the president, as quoted by Aqui Acontece.

Amorim also assured the fans that the value of the offer for Vagner Love was lower than €6m paid by São Paulo for Sevilla’s Luis Fabiano.

«Otherwise it would be a nonsense, as Luis Fabiano is a player of the national team. Vagner Love cannot cost more than that», said she.
