Russia agrees on friendlies against Italy and, possibly, Spain

President of the Russian Football Union Sergey Fursenko revealed that the country’s national team will play its next friendly matches against Italy and Spain.

«The game against Serbia was very important. Serbia is a strong team. They’re very good in defense, where they have players from Chelsea and Manchester United. It seems to me that the opponent was chosen very well. We have fulfilled all the tasks we has set ahead of this game, we won and tried all of our tactical schemes.

«Now we only will play against strong opponents. We have already signed an agreement with Italy and we there is a preliminary arrangement with Spain. All the top teams are ready to play against Russia,» Fursenko said according to Sportbox.ru.
