Stefano Mauri’s agent: Zenit made an offer to my client

Tiziano Gonzaga, agent of Lazio halfback Stefano Mauri, revealed that Zenit St. Petersburg is interested in services of its client.

«It’s a decision that only Mauri can take,» stated the agent to Radio Mana Mana as quoted by Football Italia.

«There was an offer from Zenit and that would be an accepted destination for the player because they are a great team.»

«However, we firstly need to have a meeting with Lazio because having the backing of the club is important for Mauri and could be decisive in what decision he takes.»
