Sharapova: I don’t have time for political protests

Russian tennis star Maria Sharapova told RIA Novosti she has no time to participate in political demonstrations in Moscow this weekend due to high workload.

«Unfortunately, I don’t have time for it. I was getting for my previous match, and now will start training for the next one,» said the Russia team member at the Fed Cup.

She refused to be drawn into the discussion of her possible participation in other matches, simply stating that she is taking it «one game at a time».
