Thoresen’s agent: I’m in talks with Salavat Yulaev, Patrick is in talks with his wife

Igor Parashkin, the agent of Salavat Yulaev forward Patrick Thoresen, has revealed that his client, whose contract with the club has already expired, may continue his career in one of the European leagues.

«Patrick is pleased with everything in Ufa, everything suits him there. But the situation hinges on his family. It is the case when money isn’t all,» said Parashkin according to Sovetsky Sport.

«Is his family firmly against staying in Russia?»

«No, they aren’t. But Patrick’s wife wouldn’t mind moving to Europe. Now we are in double negotiations: I’m in talks with the club and Toresen is in talks with his wife. I think everything should clear up within the next few days. It will be Salavat or one of West European clubs.»
