Riha signs with SKA St. Petersburg

Czech coach Milos Riha has signed a contract with SKA St. Petersburg, according to the official website of the KHL club.

The last season Riha began at Spartak Moscow, however, at the beginning of October he was dismissed, after which he took charge of Atlant Mytishchi. Under him the club from the Moscow Oblast has reached the final of the Gagarin’s Cup, having defeated SKA in the second play-off round 4:3 coming from behind at 1:3 in the series. In the end Atlant has lost the final series 1:4 to Salavat Yulaev Ufa.

After the end of the season Riha and Atlant failed to agree the contract renewal and the Czech left club.
