Yevgeny Kuznetsov: The fans in Chelyabinsk are quiet like theatre-goers

Traktor forward Yevgeny Kuznetsov called on the Traktor Chelyabinsk supporters to show more emotions in the stands after his team defeated Ak Bars in the second series ¼ final match of the KHL Gagarin Cup.

«I can’t understand our fans – they just don’t show any support. They are just sitting there like they are in the theatre. I don’t want to offend them, but guys, show some emotion – we need your support!» the Russian teen star stated.

«One victory in Kazan would be a good achievement. Or do you want to win twice?»

«Of course we have to prepare for each game, there are no easy matches. But I think it should be easier in Kazan, as it is hard to come back from 2-0 down. Then again, I can’t really talk about this – it’s only my first play-off,» the NHL hopeful admitted, cited in Sovetsky sport.
