Miodrag Bozovic: I fell down on my job and decided to leave the club

Miodrag Bozovic has confirmed his resignation as Dynamo Moscow head coach, of which Sports.ru reported yesterday.

The day before the Montenegrin’s team lost to Rostov (1:2) in the quaterfinal of the Russian Cup. This competition was Dynamo’s last chance to get into the European cups this season.

«I have had enough time, and I just failed to do what I had to. A year was enough to accomplish our task – to qualify to the final of the Russian Cup and to be among the top 5 in the Premier League. However, it didn’t happen. If the club doesn’t reach the goal, it is the coach’s fault and he has to leave. The coach is always to blame, it should not be otherwise. I fell down on my job and decided to leave the club,» said Bozovic according to RIA Novosti.
