Kuban agree contract extension with striker Lacina Traore

Kuban Krasnodar have reached an agreement with a number of key players, including the giant forward Lacina Traore, to extend their stay at the club from southern Russia.

The news comes from Kuban’s executive director Suren Mkrtchyan, who confirmed the deals in his Twitter. Later it was announced on the club’s official website that the new deal will keep the Ivorian striker at the club until 2016.

Traore is reportedly a transfer target for several big clubs in Russia and abroad after firing 15 goals in 27 league appearances for Kuban this season.
