Terek look to strengthen with Standard Liege Burundian striker Tchite

Terek Grozny, who have been exploring the Belgian transfer market, have turned their attention to Standard Liege striker Mohammed Tchite.

According to a report in SudPresse, the Chechen outfit a close to making an offer for the 28-year-old-forward.

Meanwhile, Liege’s director Piers Francois denied the story, claiming the striker will stay in Belgium.

«We heard about the alleged interest in Tchite from other clubs, but we received no offers from anybody, including Terek,» the exec stated.
