Zenit midfielder Fayzulin hopeful on breaking into Russian national team

Zenit St. Petersburg midfielder Viktor Fayzulin insisted he hasn’t given up on making his debut for the Russian national side.

«I feel that this year I have a good chance of making the team. I keep thinking about it, I am really keen to represent my country. But I understand that I need to prove myself worthy of a place in the squad first,» the 25-year-old told «Nevskoe Vremya».
