Sovetsky sport: Zenit bid for Lokomotiv’s anchorman Glushakov

Russian champions Zenit St. Petersburg have reportedly made an official bid for Lokomotiv Moscow’s versatile midfielder Denis Glushakov.

Russian newspaper Sovetsky sport claims Zenit’s board of directors have made the 25-year-old Russian international a primary target in this transfer window and they are willing to offer him a long-term deal.

Glushakov’s current contract with the Railwaymen expires in June 2015 and his buy-out clause, according to different sources, is somewhere between €5 and €20 million.
