Anzhi sign goalkeeper Gabulov from Dynamo, loan him out to CSKA Moscow for six months

Anzhi Makhachkala have signed Dynamo Moscow goalkeeper Vladimir Gabulov and immediately loaned him out for six months to CSKA Moscow, both news being confirmed by the clubs’ official sites. The terms of the deals are not disclosed.

Though condsidered one of the Russia’s best goalies, Gabulov hasn’t been playing regularly at Dynamo after having lost his first-team place to Anton Shunin. Meanwhile, CSKA lost their main goalkeeper Igor Akinfeev last weekend due to a knee injury for six months and desperately needed an experienced player to replace him during the period of recovery.
