Terek sign ex-Borussia Dortmund and Zaragoza forward Ewerthon

Terek Grozny have signed a one year contract with Ewerthon, former forward of Borussia Dortmund, Stuttgart, Zaragoza, and Espanol. The Brazilian’s last club were Palmeiras.

«I am happy to have a possibility to play in a strong league for a club that progresses and where the management puts many efforts in development. Russia will become the fourth country where I played and for me it is a wonderful motivation,» said Ewerthon to Terra Esportes. «I can start playing since August, but I hope to regain my form by the end of July.»

Khaidar Alkhanov, vice-president of Terek, has already confirmed the information on the transfer to RIA Novosti news agency.

The 30-year-old Brazilian will join his new team tomorrow.
