FIFA will draw Russia and Georgia into different groups at WC 2014 qualification

FIFA will take national teams of conflicting countries into different qualification groups for the 2014 World Cup.

Russian national team will surely not be drawn in the same group with Georgia, as well as Azerbaijan will be separated from Armenia, according to AP.

According to FIFA representatives, UEFA was the only one of the six continental confederations which have applied to FIFA with such a request.
