Rubin Kazan make offer to Dynamo Kiev for Roman Eremenko
Rubin Kazan have begun negotiations with Dynamo Kiev about the transfer of the 24-year-old halfback Roman Eremenko. This information has become available to the football department of Sports.ru from a high-ranking official of the Ukrainian club.
Meanwhile, the same source did not confirm the information about Rubin’s interest to Dynamo Kiev forward Andriy Yarmolenko, previously reported by Sport-Express. It may well be caused by the confusion of the names by the newspaper.
Roman Eremenko is the younger brother of Alexei Eremenko, who has been playing for Saturn Ramenskoe in the RPL. Roman plays for Finland national team, but also holds Russian passport. In 26 matches of the last Ukrainian championship he scored 3 goals and made 5 asissts. According to the estimates by transfermarkt.de, Eremenko’s transfer may cost around €5 million.
It’s the second time Rubin attempt to bring in Roman Eremenko, the previous one having been made last year.
