Luciano Spalletti denies links to Inter Milan

Zenit St. Petersburg head coach Luciano Spalletti has commented on the information that he might be the first-choice candidate for the same position at Inter Milan.

It has been reported earlier that Serie A giants have become interested in him after their previous head coach Leonardo had left for a sports director position at PSG and Marcelo Bielsa, Sinisa Mihajlovic, and Andre Villas-Boas had refused the offer.

However, according to Spalletti, he hasn’t received any proposals from Inter: «Nobody has approached me and I didn’t contact anyone on this subject,» Spalletti stated according to RIA Novosti.
