Victor Obinna’s agent: My client signed four-year contract with Lokomotiv
Valentino Nerbini, agent of Inter Milan striker Victor Obinna, has revealed that his client had joined Lokomotiv Moscow.
«My client’s contract with Lokomotiv is a four-year agreement, the signing has already taken place.
«The negotiations took about two days. In Russia the salaries are 20-30 percent higher than in the Western Europe. Obinna also had offers from Italy, but the conditions offered by Bologna and Napoli, were inadequate.
«My client is moving to the new team with enthusiasm. Except for the clubs like Chelsea or Manchester City it is difficult to compare the Russian league to any other European championship in terms of finances,» stated Nerbini as quoted by Tuttomercatoweb.
Last season Obinna spent on loan in the English Premier League at West Ham. The 24-year-old Nigerian was fielded in 25 matches and scored three goals.
