Anzhi’s Jucilei and Tardelli both sidelined for long periods
Head coach of Anzhi Makhachkala Gadzhi Gadzhiev has spoken about the staffing problems of his team ahead of the RPL Matchday 14 game against Amkar Perm.
«Jucilei got injured once again. Unfortunately, these things became too frequent for him, this is his second successive fracture. This time it’s his metatarsal bone and the injury is even more severe than the previous obe. Now Jucilei will miss some forty days.
«Tardelli is also still sidelined,» stated Gadzhiev as quoted by Anzhi’s official site.
Meanwhile, Diego Tardelli was allowed to return home for treatment, according to Sport-Express. The 26-year-old forward, who injured his knee in Matchday 12 game against Spartak Nalchik (2:0), already flew to Brazil and is expected to join the team at its summer training camp in Austria which will begin on July 4. Thus, Tardelli will miss all three games left in the Russian Premier League before the summer break – against Amkar Perm, Krylia Sovetov Samara and FC Krasnodar.
