EuroBasket 2011. Russia’s final roster announced, Vyaltsev and Voronov not included

Russian national team’s final roster for the 2011 Eurobasket will not include Triumf Lyubertsy defender Yegor Vyaltsev and CSKA defender Yevgeny Voronov.

The team’s squad composition for the European championship 2011 is as follows:

defenders – Sergei Bykov (Lokomotiv-Kuban Krasnodar), Anton Ponkrashov, Alexey Shved (both – CSKA Moscow), Vitaly Fridzon, Dmitry Khvostov (both – BC Khimki);

forwards – Semyon Antonov (BC Nizhny Novgorod), Andrey Vorontsevich, Viktor Khryapa (both – CSKA Moscow), Andrey Kirilenko (no club), Sergey Monya (BC Khimki), Nikita Shabalkin (Lokomotiv-Kuban Krasnodar);

center – Timofey Mozgov (BC Khimki / Denver Nuggets).
